The Trust Administrator provides timely support to clients regarding trust administration and assists officers with administrative functions. They are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and addressing client inquiries professionally.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the financial services industry and post-secondary education. Completion of the CETA1 course is required or must be completed upon employment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
As a Trust Administrator, you will provide timely and accurate support to our valued clients in respect to all aspects of trust administration. You will effectively administer trust accounts and assist with client queries while maintaining high standards of client service, quality control, and operational efficiency.
