The Recruiter supports the HR team by posting jobs, screening candidates, and processing background checks for new hires. They are also responsible for coordinating orientations, attending job fairs, and managing the onboarding process within the ATS.
An Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with 1-3 years of HR experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps is required, as is the ability to travel across New York City and Long Island.
The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the HR Recruitment Team and will participate in posting, screening, processing background checks and tracking new hires. This is high volume, fast paced role that requires a knack for organization, multitasking, customer service and an eye for detail.
Must be willing to travel as required to all 5 boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk Counties
