The Maintenance Technician responds to tenant work orders and performs necessary repairs to maintain building operations. They also assist the Building Engineer with preventative maintenance of HVAC components and general building upkeep.
A high school diploma is required, with a two-year technical degree and HVAC certification preferred. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and the ability to lift 100lbs.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to tenant work orders by making the necessary repairs and assisting the Building Engineer in the upkeep and operation of all building systems. Specific responsibilities include:
