Requires 5+ years of experience leading enterprise system implementations or complex technology projects. Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry and with Agency Management Systems is preferred.

Join Alera Group's Transformation Office and lead the successful migration of our Property & Casualty offices to a standardized enterprise platform centered on Applied Epic. As the P&C Insurance Implementation Lead – Applied Epic, you'll own implementation waves from planning through go-live and stabilization, bringing together data migration, training, change, technology, and local office teams to keep each transition moving successfully.
We're looking for an implementation leader who understands the realities of P&C insurance operations and can turn a complex, multi-office transformation into a well-coordinated experience for the teams going through it.

This is a full-time, exempt position with occasional travel to Alera Group offices as needed. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving challenges, and can successfully guide teams through large-scale organizational change.
