The role involves implementing a Requirements-as-Code solution using a Spec-Driven Development approach and managing the Polarion ALM system. You will build toolchains, automate processes via CI/CD pipelines and AI, and collaborate with agile teams to optimize time-to-market.
Candidates need a degree in computer science or equivalent experience with at least five years of agile software development experience. Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, and scripting languages, along with knowledge of Requirements Engineering, is required.
