The Personal Banker acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities while managing the customer experience. They collaborate with partners to grow customer loyalty and drive new revenue by delivering tailored PNC solutions.
Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 3+ years in a related role. Skills in customer service, banking products, and proactive sales are preferred.
