The Personal Banker acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales, service activities, and outbound interactions. They manage the customer experience by identifying financial needs, leveraging ecosystem partnerships, and educating clients on PNC solutions.
Candidates typically require an associate degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience. Strong competencies in banking products, sales, and customer service are essential for success in this role.
