The Personal Banker acquires and deepens customer relationships through proactive sales activities and identifies opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. They manage the customer experience by leveraging technology and ecosystem partnerships to provide tailored financial solutions.
Candidates typically require an associate degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience. Strong competencies in banking products, sales, and risk management are essential for success in this role.
