The Senior Business Systems Analyst acts as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. They are responsible for documenting system requirements, creating user stories, and supporting testing activities to ensure successful technology delivery.
Candidates should have a strong technical aptitude with experience in REST APIs, JSON, and data mapping. A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience are required for this role.
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support technology delivery by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, a solid understanding of testing and quality practices, and the ability to clearly communicate and document requirements through well‑written user stories.
