The Personal Banker acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales, service activities, and effective lobby engagement. They manage the customer experience by identifying financial needs and positioning appropriate PNC solutions to drive loyalty and revenue.
The role typically requires an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with 3+ years of related work experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong banking knowledge, sales competencies, and the ability to manage risk effectively.
