The Software Engineer Lead will design, develop, and implement scalable ETL solutions using Informatica and lead data pipeline architecture between Salesforce and core systems. They are responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the software development lifecycle.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in software engineering and ETL development. Strong proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and data governance frameworks is required.
