The Specialist provides specialized support for complex HR inquiries escalated from digital assistants and serves as a liaison between employees and HR partners. Key duties include policy guidance, maintaining employee records, and identifying process improvements within HR Shared Services.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR Shared Services and experience with HRIS and AI automation projects. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
