The lead will design and manage an evaluation framework, including data collection instruments and reporting for federal health programs. They will also oversee the collection and analysis of clinical outcome data.
Requires a Master's degree in a health-related field and at least seven years of experience managing evaluation frameworks for federal health programs. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and familiarity with HRSA's UDS is preferred.
