As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will manage a book of personal insurance clients, helping them navigate policy changes, renewals, coverage decisions, and service needs with confidence.
In this role, you will partner closely with producers, clients, carriers, and underwriters to ensure accounts are serviced accurately and proactively. Your ability to identify coverage opportunities, deliver responsive service, and maintain organized account management practices will help drive long-term client retention and satisfaction.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage incoming client service requests, including policy renewals, endorsements, coverage questions, and account updates while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Review client accounts proactively to identify discounts, coverage gaps, and opportunities for enhanced protection.
- Evaluate existing coverage limits and make informed recommendations that help clients remain appropriately insured.
- Coordinate remarketing and re-quoting efforts when requested or when market conditions create better coverage opportunities.
- Support producers with account servicing needs and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system while ensuring compliance with agency procedures.
- Build strong relationships with carrier partners and underwriters to help secure solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay current on industry developments, carrier updates, and personal lines insurance best practices.

What You Bring
Day One:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of insurance industry experience.
- Experience working with Property & Casualty insurance products within the personal lines marketplace.
- Active P&C insurance license or the ability to obtain one promptly upon hire.
- Working knowledge of Applied EPIC or a similar agency management system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Valuable Additions:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Additional experience supporting personal lines account management activities.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and recommending coverage enhancements.
- Established carrier and underwriting relationship management experience.
