The Security Services Consultant will lead the full life cycle of Idira Privilege Access Management deployments, including design, configuration, and integration. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience deploying PAM solutions and 7 years of professional experience in enterprise software or systems integration. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with a strong understanding of IAM, network security, and cloud infrastructure.

The Security Services Consultant will own, manage, and support customers in deploying Idira Privilege Access Management solutions. In this role, the Security Services Consultant will collaborate with customers to kick off their transition project, provide support in planning, managing technical activities, and handle post-transition discussions and activities. The goal is to ensure a seamless deployment, foster a positive customer experience and outcome, and enable customers to continue and grow with Idira solutions.
The Security Services Consultant will be responsible for customers' delivery and ongoing success and will accompany them throughout all stages of the deployment life cycle. This includes planning, deploying, integrating, providing technical assistance, expanding, and securing the customer's environment using the solution, as well as setting the customer up for success with Idira's Privilege Access Management solutions (Self-Hosted and/or SaaS).
