The LVN will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
Candidates must hold an active California LVN license and CPR certification. Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and resident conditions
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
Assist with assessments and care planning processes
Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Active California LVN license required
CPR certification required
Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused
