The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new customers while fostering strong relationships with contractors to drive growth in the water heater sector. They will also collaborate with account managers to develop sales strategies, conduct market research, and provide training to internal personnel.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience within the water heater industry and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.
An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
