Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products while performing picking, packing, and stocking duties. The role involves preparing materials for delivery, verifying order accuracy, and assisting with counter sales.
Requires a valid CA Class C Driver’s license, age 21+, and the ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug test. Previous warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are strongly preferred.
PACE Supply has an exciting career opportunity available at our Bakersfield CA branch. We are seeking a motivated warehouse person to strive for excellence and help us maintain our commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. As a warehouse person at PACE Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, as well as performing general warehouse duties such as picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to lift heavy packages, operate forklifts, and use hand-held scanners. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will interact with customers, suppliers, and team members on a daily basis.
Schedule will be Monday- Friday, 7:00am 4:30pm. Must be available for overtime.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
Basic knowledge and proper use of the English language, including reading, writing, and oral communications.
