Kom werken bij het Integrated Process Team van Organon in Oss!
Binnen Organon Oss is het Integrated Process Team (IPT), waarvoor jij komt te werken, verantwoordelijk voor de productie en verpakking van anticonceptie staafjes. De afdeling Maintenance & Engineering is verantwoordelijk voor de technische staat van de assets binnen het IPT. De afdeling bestaat uit circa 22 medewerkers, met 3 Technical Leads die elk een team van 5 of 6 Technicians aansturen.
Als Technician in dagdienst werk je onder een Technical Lead en richt je je primair op preventief onderhoud en de ondersteuning bij tweedelijnsverstoringen. Je werkt nauw samen met de ploegendienst collega's en engineers om de apparatuur veilig, betrouwbaar en gekwalificeerd te houden. Waar de ploegendienst de eerstelijns storingsopvolging verzorgt, ben jij degene die dieper duikt in structurele oorzaken en zorgt dat onderhoud gepland en geborgd wordt uitgevoerd.
