Perform inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of plant equipment and process instruments to support production goals. Conduct regular preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on facility machinery and electrical systems.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant work experience, with Red Seal certification and PLC knowledge being assets. Must be physically able to lift 75lbs and willing to work weekends or after-hour call-outs.

Reporting up to the Maintenance Manager, this role will provide maintenance support for the afternoon shift Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Please note there is a $2.00 shift premium for all hours worked on this shift.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing Inspection, repair and troubleshooting of plant equipment and process instruments, general building and property maintenance. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.
