Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a production or shop leader within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must possess strong computer skills, familiarity with ERP software, and the ability to interpret production data.

What you'll get to do
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing environment. They will be hands on with the team and will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. The Supervisor must ensure the manufacturing process remains safe, smooth, and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring employees in collaboration with the Production Manager. Supervisors are responsible for leading, directing, training, and assisting their teams. Supervisors are expected to embody OBE’s Mission, Vision, and Virtues with the highest regard.
