Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods. Experience in care or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to use computers for documentation.

Our dedicated front line staff are out in the field making it happen on a daily basis. Our administration staff play a key role in supporting our frontline staff by giving them the resources and tools they need to be successful. Whether Finance, HR, IT, or Quality Assurance is your game, you’ll be supporting our agency to be able to provide the best programs and services possible. You’ll get to work in a supportive, creative culture with many benefits.
Location: Middletown, NY
Rate: $17.50-$21.00 (Dependent on experience & house level)
Shift: All shifts available (Day, Night, Overnight, 2 ½ day shift)
Full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts available
Other locations include but are not limited to; Newburgh, New Windsor, Poughkeepsie, Pine Bush, and Coxsackie.

Love helping others? Put your skills to work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living, personal care, and community activities.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with personal care, meals, and medication.
Teach life skills like money management and social interaction.
Ensure safety, provide support, and complete documentation.
Drive individuals to activities, medical appointments, and other outings using agency vehicles.
What You Bring:
Experience in care or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to complete training and certifications.
A valid driver’s license; bilingual or ASL skills a plus.
The Fine Print:
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and assist with physical care.
Comfortable using electronic devices and performing household tasks.
Must be able to stand up for long periods of time
Ability to use a computer to complete documentation.
