Evaluates programs, trends, advances and/or new technologies and makes recommendations for changes and improvements. Advises managers on compensation-related issues. Works with external vendors to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems. Keeps abreast of compensation trends and ensures company compliance with all governmental laws concerning compensation practices globally. |
