The HR & Administration Officer will support staff in HR and administrative matters while ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements for both NRC staff and local partners. The role also involves building the capacity of local partners and contributing to the continuity of humanitarian activities in the Bamenda area.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration and possess at least 2 years of practical experience in HR/Admin functions within an INGO. Proficiency in English, knowledge of French, and experience working in complex or volatile contexts are required.
