Nous recherchons des stagiaires de juillet à décembre 2027 (6 mois) au sein de notre département Corporate - MENA Zone.
L’équipe Corporate - MENA Zone de Norton Rose Fulbright Paris compte 1 associé , 2 counsel et 3 collaborateurs qui exerce ses activités au Maroc, en Afrique du Nord et Afrique sub-saharienne francophone depuis plus de 10 ans, agissant pour le compte de clients locaux et internationaux à l’occasion de leurs opérations de croissance externe et d’opérations bancaires.
Basée à la fois à Paris et Casablanca, l’équipe est spécialisée en Corporate (y compris fusions-acquisitions), droit bancaire et financement, marchés de capitaux, immobilier, concurrence et réglementaire.
L’équipe est plus particulièrement active dans les secteurs en pleine croissance dans la région tels que l’énergie, l’infrastructure, la technologie et le transport, qui sont également des secteurs clés pour lesquels Norton Rose Fulbright a développé des compétences particulières.
Missions
Dans le cadre du stage proposé, les stagiaires pourront notamment être amenés à effectuer des recherches juridiques, rédiger des consultations juridiques, rédiger des contrats, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, participer à des audits et, de façon plus générale, assister les collaborateurs et les associés dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs dossiers.
Profil
Elève-avocat ou étudiant en master 2 spécialisé en droit des affaires. Les stagiaires devront disposer de solides connaissances juridiques complétées, le cas échéant, par une double formation (école de commerce, IEP, université anglo-saxonne).
La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative.
