Support and implement changes within the UL3 solution using VBScript and AI tools while facilitating the migration to the Oxygen (INSIS) system. Translate business needs into technical requirements and resolve incidents through structured root cause analysis.
Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in IT development or configuration with a degree in IT and solid knowledge of structured programming. Proficiency in English is required, with a strong preference for knowledge of APIs, life insurance principles, and Agile methodologies.
To strengthen its IT department, NN Belgium is looking for a Configurator / Integrator for SE. Our self-employed customers life insurance policy administration is currently implemented in UL3 but will migrate over the coming years to Oxygen (based on INSIS).
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about solving problems, open-minded, and flexible to apply all experiences and knowledge into new challenges along the way. You will work in a small and dynamic team, and you get energy from playing an active role in both the day-to-day evolution of UL3 and its future migration journey.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a complex IT development, configuration, integration or application support environment.
