About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking dedicated Casual Control Room Operators to join our team at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, in a relieving capacity. In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.
Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues.
Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of events and incidents.
Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, making informed decisions.
Full Australian Working Rights
Previous experience in Control Room or Monitoring Environment is highly regarded
Valid Victorian Security Licence (with Control Room Endorsement)
Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
Current driver's licence.
Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including day, afternoon and night shifts
