Own the full accounting cycle and day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting. Lead a small finance team while supporting HR administrative functions and operational initiatives for the company.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 8-9 years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Must have a strong command of GAAP and experience working in a startup or small-company environment.

What we do: We operate as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities — consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program, assigning one dedicated account manager as the point of accountability, and actively managing the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice's behalf.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, operationally savvy Director of Finance to join our leadership team. This is not a back-office role — the ideal candidate has thrived in startup or small-company environments, built and refined processes from the ground up, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will own the day-to-day financial operations of the company while also contributing to broader operational and administrative functions that keep the business running smoothly.
