The Branch Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Manager, including expense management, facility coordination, and HR onboarding. They act as a primary point of contact for office operations, technology projects, and internal firm initiatives.
A high school diploma is required, while a college degree and two or more years of related experience are preferred. Candidates must possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Branch Administrator (BA) is responsible for providing overall administrative support for the Branch, including assisting the Branch Manager in connection with matters affecting the Branch facilities, Financial Advisors, and Support Staff. The BA may be responsible for multiple branch locations at the direction of the Market Management team. As a BA, you must act as a culture carrier as it relates to the core values of the firm. This role enables you to learn about all aspects of the business at a high level, and the wide range of responsibilities presents opportunities to grow skill sets and progress your career within the business.

Salary range for the position: $55,000 - $95,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
