Responsible for ensuring the required licenses for each business entity are current and accurate which includes tracking licensing requirements, drafting license applications and licensing renewals, and assisting with periodic licensing examinations. Will also be required to interface with business leaders, including members of the executive team and state regulators, on a regular basis. Will participate in licensing-related projects as well as assists with certain research and analysis, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own state licensing applications/filings including managing deadlines, assessing state requirements, compiling necessary documents, and completing required forms.
Handle licensing-related projects including facilitating updates to existing licenses, responding to regulator exams, and acquiring new licenses.
Assist other members of the licensing team, as practicable.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's
EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years of experience in the legal field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office
