The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for tracking financial performance, creating forecasts, and providing strategic decision support through periodic reports. They also oversee and mentor junior financial analysts while driving process improvements to optimize financial growth.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-5 years of experience in a data-driven financial role. Advanced proficiency in AI tools for data analysis and expert-level Excel skills are mandatory.
The Senior Financial Analyst is accountable for tracking the company’s financial performance, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts and support senior management in tactical and strategic decisions through periodic reports. S/He trains and mentors the Financial Analyst(s) as and when needed.
