The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, performing general repairs, and managing apartment turnovers. They ensure a high standard of cleanliness and a hazard-free environment for the property.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and basic knowledge of building maintenance. A valid driver's license and at least one year of skilled maintenance experience are preferred.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
This is an on-site position.
Pay: $22-23 hour, dependent on experience.
