The Maintenance Manager is responsible for preparing units for new residents and executing a preventative maintenance schedule. They collaborate with the Property Manager to manage budgets and oversee the quality of maintenance contracts and vendor work.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least three years of experience in skilled maintenance work. Technical expertise in building trades and a valid driver's license are required.

Mercy Gardens, a 23-unit affordable community with on-site services for area individuals who have experienced homelessness in San Diego, CA.
