Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Accurately classify content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
• Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation procedures.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to refine processes and maintain quality standards.
• Stay informed about company policies concerning content moderation and online community engagement.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent application of guidelines.
• Effective communication skills to explain moderation decisions clearly and professionally.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
