Responsible for checking in passengers, verifying travel documentation, and assigning seats at ticket counters and gates. The role also involves managing baggage claims and providing general airport assistance to passengers.
Applicants must have open availability, reside within travel distance, and possess strong English communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to stand for long periods are required.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates; as well as verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport.
This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.
You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
