The Production Coordinator manages schedules, deliverables, and asset tracking using ShotGrid to ensure VFX projects are delivered on time. They serve as the primary liaison between artists, supervisors, and clients while coordinating daily reviews and quality control.
Candidates need 2-3 years of production coordination experience in VFX, animation, or film, with proficiency in ShotGrid and spreadsheets. Strong English communication skills are required, and Japanese language ability is preferred.
