Description:
We are seeking skilled Acquisition Support Specialists to provide cradle-to-grave acquisition and contract management support for federal clients, with a focus on DoD and HHS agencies. You’ll assist with pre-award, award, and post-award activities, working closely with contracting officers and program managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop acquisition documentation (e.g., SOWs, RFPs, IGCEs).
Conduct market research and acquisition planning.
Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeouts.
Support source selection processes and evaluations.
Advise on procurement policies and compliance with FAR/DFARS/HHSAR.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in federal acquisition or procurement.
Familiarity with FAR and agency supplements (DFARS, HHSAR).
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Experience supporting either DoD or HHS programs.
Nice to Haves:
Experience supporting both DoD and HHS.
DAWIA or FAC-C certifications.
Experience in a 1102-series role.
