Le Senior HSE Engineer contribue au développement de la culture HSE sur l'ensemble du site, il veille à ce que les domaines HSE fassent partie intégrante des projets afin de maitriser les risques pour les personnes, pour l’environnement et la sureté. Il pilote des projets HSE pour améliorer nos pratiques et assure la conformité aux standards et processus Mars, ainsi qu'à la législation française et européenne.
Bac+4/5 en HSE, QSE ou gestion des risques industriels
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en milieu industriel
Expert dans le domaine HSE ou fort intérêt pour la sécurité / protection des personnes et de l’environnement
Niveau d'anglais professionnel lu, écrit et parlé
Projets :
- Pilote des projets d’amélioration Sécurité / Conditions de Travail / Ergonomie et Environnement destinés à réduire les risques pour les personnes et l’environnement
- Est le référent HSE pour les projets d’investissement et de transformation
Système de management HSE :
- Participe à l’application des standards Mars et de la réglementation
- Anime et participe aux enquêtes accidents
- Réalise les évaluations des risques en cas de situation s’écartant des standards, et émet des recommandations adéquates
- Participe au déploiement du pilier sécurité du programme MSE (Mars Supply Excellence)
- Participe à la veille réglementaire
- Etablit et maintient à jour la documentation HSE
- Participe au suivi de la bonne réalisation des vérifications périodiques en partenariat avec les services concernés
Audits et évaluation des risques :
- Participe aux audits internes et externes (région, assureurs, DREAL...)
- Participe au maintien à jour du Document Unique
- Anime des sessions d’information dédiées aux plans de prévention avec les donneurs d’ordre et les entreprises extérieures
- Participe à la préparation du shutdown
Indicateurs :
- Participe aux déclarations annuelles règlementaires (déclaration GEREP, GIDAF, Agence de l’eau, FACCO…)
- Met à jour les indicateurs HSE et renseigne les outils du site et du groupe
Sûreté du site :
- Participe à la gestion des activités de gardiennage : contrat annuel, suivi technique des agents de sécurité, analyse des rapports d’incidents...
Formation / sensibilisation :
- Réalise et anime des modules de formation / sensibilisation dans le domaine HSE
- Réalise des communications / campagnes de sensibilisations
