Cuál es la función principal del Cargo
Gestionar y controlar el proceso de tramitación de siniestros de Accidentes Personales, Vida, Salud y Rentas Vitalicias a nivel nacional, asesorando a la gestión de los colaboradores, liquidadores y corredores para dar cumplimiento a los estándares de servicios definidos y según normativa vigente. Dirigir y garantizar la correcta tramitación, resolución y pago de siniestros asociados a rentas vitalicias previsionales, asegurando cumplimiento normativo (Decreto Ley N° 3.500 y normativa vigente de la CMF y Superintendencia de Pensiones / Reforma Ley N°21.735), protección de los derechos de afiliados y beneficiarios, gestión eficiente de expedientes y control de riesgos operacionales y regulatorios.
¿Qué hace? ¿Para qué lo hace? ¿Cómo lo hace?
1. Gestionar y controlar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos para el área en todas las etapas del proceso de liquidación de siniestros.
2. Gestionar asignaciones de siniestros a gestores, analizando y distribuyendo la carga de trabajo y zonas de atención, de manera de cumplir con los plazos y estándares de servicios definidos.
3. Controlar el proceso de liquidación de siniestros en todas sus etapas, verificando que todos los siniestros están asignados a los gestores, peritos y expediente.
4. Controlar el registro de las provisiones de siniestro y sus ajustes en las distintas etapas del proceso.
5. Controlar los costos asociados a los procesos de área, buscando permanentemente soluciones y proveedores que permitan cumplir con los estándares definidos.
6. Controlar y validar reportes de estado de siniestros de clientes en convenio, verificando las condiciones de servicios e indicadores de resultados.
7. Realizar análisis de la gestión del área, controlando indicadores y proponiendo mejoras operacionales.
8. Atender requerimientos de mediana a alta complejidad de los asegurados, corredores, reaseguradores, coaseguradores entre otros.
9. Analizar y responder impugnaciones de informes de liquidación de siniestros rechazados por el cliente, recopilando la información relacionada para decidir si acoge o no, la apelación del cliente, velando por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente (DS 1055).
10. Analizar y responder reclamos de siniestros presentados por organismos externos, recopilando la información de respaldo y canalizar la respuesta a través de Fiscalía.
