MISIÓN DEL PUESTO
Impulsar y evolucionar las capacidades del Centro de Referencia de Lucha contra el Fraude, proporcionando a los equipos operativos antifraude herramientas tecnológicas y analíticas avanzadas que les permitan detectar, priorizar e investigar de manera eficaz actividades fraudulentas, así como medir, optimizar y maximizar el impacto de los procesos antifraude.
Actuar como nexo entre los equipos antifraude locales y la plataforma tecnológica antifraude corporativa, asegurando que las necesidades operativas y las particularidades locales de lucha contra el fraude se traduzcan en soluciones tecnológicas eficientes, escalables y alineadas con la estrategia global del Grupo.
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO (FUNCIONES CLAVE)
Actuar como figura de referencia y enlace entre las áreas de antifraude, negocio y tecnología locales.
Comprender en profundidad los procesos operativos antifraude y las casuísticas específicas de fraude locales, garantizando su correcta traslación a soluciones tecnológicas comunes.
Liderar la definición, priorización y alineamiento del roadmap de actividades de la plataforma antifraude, consensuándolo con los stakeholders locales y corporativos.
Facilitar la toma de decisiones y desbloquear impedimentos organizativos, funcionales o tecnológicos que puedan afectar al avance de las iniciativas antifraude.
Asegurar que las capacidades analíticas y funcionales de la plataforma permitan medir, optimizar y maximizar el impacto de los procesos antifraude.
Identificar de manera proactiva nuevas necesidades funcionales y analíticas, y liderar el diseño de funcionalidades complejas dentro de la plataforma antifraude.
Supervisar y coordinar a los equipos de desarrollo propios encargados del diseño, evolución y mantenimiento de la plataforma tecnológica antifraude, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos funcionales, técnicos y de calidad.
FORMACION Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS
Titulado universitario en Informática o Telecomunicaciones.
Formación en soft skills: Comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas.
Conocimientos de ofimática (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project) a nivel usuario
A valorar positivamente, posgrado o especialización en desarrollo de software, analítica de datos, inteligencia artificial, ciencia de datos o gestión del fraude.
EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL REQUERIDA PARA EL PUESTO
En labores de gestión de proyectos y trabajo con clientes que no tengan conocimiento técnico, mínima de 5 años
En trabajo con indicadores y herramientas tipo PowerBI para creación de cuadros de mando, visualización, seguimiento de KPIs, etc., mínima de 1 año
Con uso de BBDD (SQL, MongoDB), herramientas de análisis de eventos (Splunk, Elastic Search o similar), mínima de 2 años
