The Assistant Director of Engineering oversees daily maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, to ensure the hotel meets Forbes Four-Star luxury standards. This role also involves leading the engineering team, managing departmental budgets, and coordinating preventive maintenance programs across the property.
Candidates must have 3–5 years of progressive engineering or facilities maintenance experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and previous leadership experience are required to effectively manage the team and property assets.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Director of Engineering to help lead our Engineering team. Working alongside the Director of Engineering, this leader will oversee the daily maintenance and operation of the hotel's physical plant, guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house systems while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and luxury are maintained throughout the property.
The ideal candidate is a technically skilled leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about maintaining a world-class guest experience.
