The host is responsible for managing guest reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within the restaurant. They act as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and communicating effectively with the front-of-house staff.
Prior restaurant experience is highly preferred for this role. Candidates must possess an approachable personality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain patient and professional under pressure.

This is the kind of person who never met a stranger and who goes the extra mile to keep a friend smiling. A host takes and confirms reservations, seats guests, answers inquiries, and communicates efficiently and clearly with front of house staff and leadership to help ensure an exceptional dining experience.
