🥜 In a nutshell

As a Game Management Operator, you'll help keep our casino portfolio running smoothly across multiple brands and markets. You'll manage game uploads, monitor content availability, resolve operational issues, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless player experience and maintain a high-quality casino platform.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Manage daily game uploads, releases, and configurations, ensuring games are accurately synchronized across all brands, markets, and platforms.

• Monitor game availability, content accuracy, and platform quality through routine operational checks.

• Investigate and resolve first-line game-related issues, escalating complex cases and tracking incidents through to resolution.

• Create and manage tickets with game providers, aggregators, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Collaborate with Customer Support, Marketing, CRM, Product, and other stakeholders to support game releases, promotions, and market-specific updates.

• Maintain accurate operational documentation, tracking tools, and records while collecting data to support reporting and continuous improvement.

• Support the wider Casino Management team with day-to-day operational activities, helping deliver a seamless and engaging player experience.

⚡ All you need is…

• Previous experience in iGaming operations, support, content, CRM, or marketing-related roles.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and back-office systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and continuously improve.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

       Nice to have

• Familiarity with casino platforms, back-office systems, or content management tools.

• Exposure to promotional campaign management or provider communications.
