Responsible for maintaining OTC content across various asset classes and validating data using Eikon and Elektron tools. The role involves managing client queries and collaborating with internal stakeholders in a 24/5 shift-based environment.
Requires strong knowledge of OTC and cross-asset markets along with proficiency in MS Office and data tools. Candidates must be flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, and possess excellent communication skills.
Content Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of OTC Content from several sources. Also need to monitor and validate the data and raise suspects in a proactive manner. Requires working on Eikon and DataScope suite of products and on ELEKTRON (Real Time) and NDA (Time Series). Good understanding of Cross asset markets. This role requires good communication skills, along with ability to engage with stakeholders, this role requires the analysts to work on all shifts (including night shifts) and be flexible for weekend work (if required), which could be mandatory.
The team provides 24/5 coverage to support client queries and manage all the tasks assigned to the service group. The Content Analyst will also be actively involved in managing client queries daily.
