The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience across all studio, cycle, yoga, and small group classes. They are responsible for mentoring instructors and maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the class spaces.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of leadership or management experience. Required certifications include National Group Fitness or LifePower Yoga, as well as Fitness and Nutrition certifications.
The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of leadership or management experience
