The Invoicing Clerk-Feed Mill Coordinator is responsible for managing feed mill operations, including weighing trucks, collecting ingredient samples, and maintaining SQF compliance. Additionally, the role handles customer invoicing, order processing, and provides support to truckers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service. An associate’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Core working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
