Provide operational and administrative support to commercial advisors, including managing quotations, orders, and customer prospecting. Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory control and manage public procurement processes via the SERCOP portal.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in the SERCOP portal and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are required. Candidates should have basic English for supplier communication and experience with social media and CRM tools.

Full job description

Apoyar a los 2 asesores comerciales en tareas operativas y administrativas para que se enfoquen en visitas y cierre de ventas. Gestionar procesos de cotización, pedidos, prospección y coordinación con bodega. Participar activamente en procesos SERCOP y mantener relaciones estables con clientes y proveedores.


  • Apoyo operativo directo a los 2 asesores comerciales: gestión de pedidos, cotizaciones, llamadas de seguimiento y tareas administrativas.
  • Manejo del portal SERCOP (compras públicas) y gestión de clientes específicos asignados.
  • Prospección y búsqueda de nuevos clientes; actualización permanente de base de datos.
  • Coordinación con bodega para control de niveles de inventario y disponibilidad de productos.
  • Apoyo en redes sociales, contenido digital y comunicación con clientes.
  • Organización y participación en eventos, ferias y actividades comerciales.
  • Atención en punto de venta cuando sea necesario.
  • Participación en levantamiento y documentación de procesos del área durante 2026.
  • Apoyar en proyectos de mejora continua de la empresa.



Requisitos

  • Portal SERCOP (compras públicas) — manejo avanzado.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Software de inventarios de la empresa.
  • Inglés básico (lectura de correos de proveedores; uso de traductor).
  • Redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
  • Nociones de CRM o base de datos de clientes.
