The Assistant General Manager supports center operations by managing KPIs, driving sales through lead management, and overseeing facility maintenance. They also lead and develop the coaching staff while delivering science-based fitness curriculum to children.
Candidates must be able to work in a physically intensive environment, including lifting equipment up to 25 pounds and coaching children. Strong leadership competencies, a low-ego mindset, and the ability to manage both administrative and instructional tasks are required.
