Questa posizione riporta al Maintenance Manager ed è basata a Pomezia.
La figura di Tecnico/a Manutentore Elettricista/Elettronico è responsabile dell’esecuzione di riparazioni elettriche ed elettroniche, della manutenzione preventiva e dell’installazione di apparecchiature a supporto dei processi produttivi. La risorsa si occuperà di diagnosticare e risolvere i problemi tecnici, aggiornare i responsabili sullo stato delle attività, supportare il miglioramento dei processi e garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, documentando accuratamente tutte le attività svolte.
Diagnosticare, analizzare e svolgere attività di manutenzione ordinaria e preventiva su sistemi elettrici ed elettronici per ridurre i tempi di fermo e migliorare l’efficienza operativa.
Collaborare con tecnici senior, ingegneri e personale di stabilimento per implementare strategie di manutenzione innovative, coordinare le tempistiche dei progetti e garantire il completamento puntuale delle attività.
Utilizzare strumenti digitali e software diagnostici per effettuare ispezioni accurate, manutenzione predittiva e studi specialistici volti a migliorare le prestazioni delle apparecchiature e l’efficienza dei processi.
Supportare l’installazione, la modifica, la riparazione e la messa in funzione di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche a supporto dei processi produttivi e delle fasi di introduzione di nuovi prodotti.
Contribuire allo sviluppo e all’aggiornamento di manuali di manutenzione, materiali formativi e documentazione relativa a procedure, risultati dei test, materiali e ricambi utilizzati.
Fornire supporto e affiancamento ai tecnici meno esperti e partecipare a sessioni di apprendimento continuo per rimanere aggiornati sulle nuove tecnologie elettriche e sulle migliori pratiche di settore.
Rispettare rigorosamente tutte le politiche di sicurezza, segnalare proattivamente eventuali rischi o incidenti e aggiornare regolarmente i responsabili sull’avanzamento delle attività e sulle criticità riscontrate.
Diploma tecnico o titolo equivalente in ambito Elettrico, Elettronico o disciplina tecnica affine.
0–2 anni di esperienza pratica nella manutenzione e riparazione elettrica o elettronica.
Buona conoscenza delle principali tecniche di test e utilizzo di strumenti di misura standard (es. multimetri, pinze amperometriche).
Conoscenza di base della progettazione elettrica e capacità di annotare correttamente schemi elettrici.
Capacità di leggere, interpretare e lavorare su disegni tecnici e schemi.
Conoscenze informatiche di base per attività di documentazione e comunicazione.
Buone capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale per la corretta reportistica delle attività di manutenzione e ingegneria.
Forte attenzione al rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e alla promozione di un ambiente di lavoro sicuro.
Esperienza pratica di base in Ingegneria Elettrica o Elettronica.
Spiccata capacità analitica e problem solving, con abilità nell’interpretazione di schemi tecnici.
Familiarità con strumenti diagnostici e software moderni per la manutenzione elettrica ed elettronica.
Propensione all’apprendimento e all’adattamento in un ambiente tecnico dinamico, con orientamento alla crescita professionale.
Ottime capacità comunicative per collaborare in team multidisciplinari e documentare chiaramente le attività di manutenzione.
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni rotativi di 12 ore, inclusi weekend alternati, con eventuali straordinari, weekend e festivi in base alle esigenze aziendali.
Conoscenza dei sistemi di controllo del movimento elettrico e dei sistemi di visione artificiale costituirà un plus.
