With expertise in electronic warfare systems, critical infrastructure protection, and product R&D, KBR delivers cutting-edge innovations to meet mission-critical needs. Backed by a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR collaborates closely with customers to develop secure, effective, and forward-thinking solutions.
KBR is seeking to hire Electronic Technician III to join our Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Operating Unit. CIP provides expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Utilities/Control Systems for the DoD, FAA, and Federal Law Enforcement. This position will independently plan and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex electronic intrusion detection and access control systems. You will serve as an expert in intrusion detection and access control systems that include video (IR and day), access control (card readers and keypads), RADAR perimeter security, intrusion detection (PIR and BMS), mass notification equipment and a variety of communication networks. Position requires a motivated self-starter requiring little direction to perform daily tasks of working on trouble cases and preventative maintenance.

Compensation: $38.28 per hour. This salary is for the California location. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's work location, knowledge, skills, and/or experience, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
